This week I had the opportunity to visit one of my very first commercial accounts, Landmark Structures. I love getting to certify the employees! This year we were talking about the effects of the heat. We know sugary drinks are not the answer but what about Sport Drinks? Too many of them are full of sugar and we recommend sticking to water or watering down the sports drinks (at least 4:1 ratio of water:sports drink). Several of the guys who work in the field shared how drinking Pedialyte helps battle heat exhaustion much faster and better than traditional sports drinks!
